AI & machine learning recruitment
Specialist
AI talent.
An established recruitment business was launching a specialist brand for AI and machine learning hiring. It needed a website that proved it understood AI, not just one that said so. We designed a new brand and site where candidates talk to a career agent instead of filling in forms, clients can brief roles in conversation, and the role of AI in every search is explained openly.
- Brand creation
- Website development
- Job pages
- AI integration
- Employer branding

The challenge
What needed solving
Credibility with a technical audience
AI engineers and researchers can spot generic recruitment marketing in a sentence. The brand had to show real understanding of the work.Application forms that put people off
Senior candidates rarely complete long forms. The business needed a way to capture a full profile without one.Being open about AI
Using AI in hiring raises fair questions. The site needed to explain exactly where AI helps and where people make the decisions. Two audiences, many disciplines
Clients hiring and candidates looking, across engineering, research, MLOps, product, leadership and go-to-market roles. The solution
What we built.
01
A brand built for AI talent
A dark, precise identity with a sharp lime accent, clean grotesk type and a technical voice that reads as credible to engineers and researchers.02
A conversational career agent
Candidates chat with an agent that asks the right questions and builds a live profile as they go: role type, seniority, skills, location, salary and notice. No forms, and every conversation is reviewed by a person.03
Conversational client briefs
Hiring managers can brief a role the same way, so the first conversation already captures what the role really needs.04
A live AI jobs board
Roles filtered by region and by six disciplines, from ML engineering to AI go-to-market, each with its own job page and a one-click route into the career agent.05
AI, explained openly
A dedicated page shows the five-stage process (understand, discover, match, engage, decide) and labels which stages use AI and which a person owns.06
Roles and expertise pages
Pages for each discipline the business hires for, showing depth across the AI market for both clients and candidates. How we did it
Our approach
01
Show, don't claim
Instead of saying the business understands AI, the site uses it, starting with the career agent on the homepage.02
Design for the sceptic
Copy, tone and visuals were tested against a technical reader: specific, plain and free of hype.03
People make the call
Every stage that uses AI is labelled, and a specialist consultant makes every decision.04
Explore, then commit
We explored multiple homepage directions before settling on one and building out the full site. The outcome
One connected platform.
- A distinctive brand for a new specialist market
- Applications without forms
- Client briefs captured in conversation
- A transparent account of how AI is used
- Live jobs across six AI disciplines
- A site that demonstrates the expertise it sells
