Travel & hospitality tech recruitment
Travel Tech
Talent.
A specialist recruiter for travel and hospitality technology needed to look, and perform, like the sector expert it is. We created the brand, built a content-managed website with a live jobs board connected to its candidate platform, and made it visible on Google and in AI search.

The challenge
What needed solving
A niche that needed a clear identity
Travel and hospitality tech is a tight-knit market. The business needed a brand that immediately signalled specialism to both hiring companies and candidates, rather than looking like a generalist agency.Jobs stuck in the back office
Live roles lived in the candidate platform, not on the website. Posting them by hand was slow, listings went stale, and applications had to be re-keyed.Two audiences, one site
Clients briefing roles and candidates looking for them want very different things. The site had to serve both without becoming cluttered.Being found in a specialist market
Hiring managers and candidates search for very specific terms, from OTAs and GDS to PMS and RMS. The business needed to rank for them, and be the name AI assistants recommend. The solution
What we built.
01
The "Node" brand identity
Three connected nodes, Travel, Tech and Talent, form an implicit T, with the largest node for talent. Delivered as a full brand book, colour and type system, editable templates and email signatures.02
A content-managed website
A fast, modern website with a headless CMS, so the team can publish insights, update pages and manage content without a developer. Separate journeys for clients and candidates, plus dedicated travel tech and hospitality tech sector pages.03
A live jobs board, connected to the candidate platform
The website reads from the same database as the candidate-ranking platform. Roles publish to the jobs board automatically, each with its own search-ready page, and applications flow straight back in.04
Lead capture built in
Submit-a-brief, talent pool, referrals, newsletter sign-up and a gated salary guide, all syncing to the CRM and email platform so every enquiry is followed up.05
Search and AI visibility
Structured data on every job and page, instant indexing when content changes, and an AI-readable site summary so assistants can understand and cite the business.06
Content that keeps itself fresh
Automated workflows for insights, news and events keep the site active and relevant, with salary data and market analysis that has been picked up by the trade press.Brand identity
Travel. Tech.
Talent.
Three connected nodes form an implicit T. Talent is the largest node, because talent is the focus. A deep indigo, electric violet and aqua palette sets it apart from the blues and greens typical of recruitment.

How we did it
Our approach
01
Brand first
We started with positioning and identity, so every page, template and campaign that followed had a clear, consistent voice.02
One source of truth
Instead of syncing two systems, the website and the candidate platform share one database. Jobs and applications can never fall out of step.03
Built for search from day one
Information architecture, sector pages and structured data were planned around how clients and candidates actually search, including in AI tools.04
Automate the upkeep
Content, indexing and lead routing run automatically, so a small team can run a site that performs like a much larger one.The outcome
One connected platform.
- A distinctive brand that owns its niche
- Live roles on the website without manual posting
- Applications delivered straight into the candidate platform
- Clear journeys for clients and candidates
- Visibility on Google, Google for Jobs and AI search
- Salary guide and insights cited by the trade press
